Can I send my order via messenger

Yes, however we encourage our customers to submit their orders on our app. Our apps shows exact items that are available and pricing. 

Please note, orders that are made via messenger will be charged ₱ 20.00 Administration Fee; as we encourage people to use our website due to highly variable pricing updates.

Messenger orders must follow format below:

How will I know if my order is confirmed

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number and delivery date. You will also receive an SMS once your order is processing.


How come I did not receive an SMS/Email confirmation

For email confirmation, please check your SPAM folder. 

For SMS confirmation, be sure to follow the correct format. For example: +63XXXXXXXXXX


How do I change/add my order

To change your order, you will need to send us a message via messenger.  Please follow format below:

How do I cancel my order

For ondemand, go to your history > click order > cancel order

For marketplace, go to orders > click order > cancel

For Palengke, Please note that we follow 24-hour cancellation policy. You will need to pay FULL amount if you cancel in less than 24 hours.


When shall I expect my order

You will have an option to select a delivery date based on area schedule. You can find delivery date at the bottom of your email or invoice


What is palengke cut-off time

Cut off for palengke is 6pm. Next day delivery.


Where can you deliver

We deliver around Angeles City, San Fernando and Mabalacat, Manila, Taguig, Paranaque and CDO

How much is your delivery charge

For on demand service, we charge 45.00 for the first 3 km + 10.00 per km

    • Additional 20.00 per pickup on the same location (1km radius)
    • Additional 50.00 per pickup on different location
    • Additional 20.00 if weight exceeded 10 kgs
    • 20.00 for orders via messenger
    • Additional 60.00 for queuing and waiting time
    • Additional 3% convenience fee for “Pabili” service after 1,500 cap
    • Additional 40.00 for “Pabili” / Purchase service (arrange pre-booking and advance payment with the store to avoid this fee)
    • 20.00 surcharge for rainy weather and public holidays


    To avoid paying 3% convenience fee you can:

    • Option A: Pay for return trip + ₱40.00
    • Option B: Transfer to our directly to our rider’s bank account

For ondemand, we do not hold prices for every store. You will need to coordinate to stores for pricing. We charge a 3% convenience fee for every transaction. Maximum 2,000 worth for “abono”. You can transfer to riders directly to avoid convenience fee.


How do I make payment

You can checkout via credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. 

For credit card payment, there will be online transaction fee of 3.5% + 20 pesosFor pabili items, we encourage you to do the transfer straight to your assigned rider.


How do I claim a refund

For palengke customers. If you’re unhappy with the quality of goods or your items are missing, please submit your request <form>


Can you I do special request

Yes, we can deliver anything. Additional cost to any additional service. (ie. special bouquets and party favors)


I’m looking for specific items that are not listed in your website, can I leave a note for a specific list

You can use notes to make requests about your items. For example: “Please cut Tilapia in 2 pcs”


Can I choose delivery time

For palengke – Delivery time is morning 9am to 12nn

For groceries – Delivery is within the selected day

For ondemand – yes, you will need to specify time on the app


How do I track my order

Once your order is confirmed, your order status will be changed to “Processing”. You will then receive an in-app confirmation. Your status will change to “Out for delivery” once your order has been picked up from the store/warehouse. 


What services do you offer is an all-in-one delivery solution. We deliver anything – Palengke, Groceries, Pabayad, Pahatid or Pabili.


Opening hours

Customer support is open from 8am to 5pm. 

Delivery time is from 9am to 7pm. (cut-off 6.30)
